MINIMIZATION OF THERMAL RESISTANCE: The thinner the pad, the lower the thermal resistance. The very soft heat conduction pad, with its excellent compression properties, is a highly effective heat conductor.

HIGH PERFORMANCE: Made from silicone and a special filler, TP-3 surpasses high-performance pads, especially in scenarios with varying chip heights.

VERSATILE APPLICATIONS: This heat-conducting pad is also capable of vibration dampening, molding, and electrical insulation. It can be easily customized by cutting to size, making it ideal for use with RAM, chipsets, ICs in PCs, laptops, consoles, and graphic cards.
